You will receive operational leave components strictly mapped according to standard Factory Standing Orders and regional compliance standards. Accruals for Casual Leave (CL), Sick Leave (SL), and Earned Leaves (EL) are processed on a monthly calculated runtime basis. Planned leaves require advance digital authorization from your respective Plant Head; unauthorized absences will directly affect payroll computations.

4. Complete Corporate Confidentiality Agreement

During your deployment or following your eventual departure from the business structure, you must maintain absolute secrecy regarding proprietary machinery layout metrics, production logs, custom alloy formulations, smelting datasets, client profiles, and vendor tracking costs. Cloned, exported, or leaked datasets belonging to Surayay Namah Steel tech Bharat Private Limited will cause rapid initialization of statutory civil liability and immediate criminal prosecution loops.

During the active operational probation timeline, either side can initiate separation sequences by serving a clear fifteen (15) days written declaration notice.
